Preservation Awards Program
In 2003, the Historic Preservation Office launched the District of Columbia Awards for Excellence in Historic Preservation. This award honors significant contributions made by individuals, organizations, and businesses promoting historic preservation in the District of Columbia.
The 2010 program will take place on Thursday, November 4 at the Carnegie Institution of Science located at the corner of 16th and P streets in the Dupont Circle neighborhood. Select the link below for a Save the Date card:

The 2009 the awards program marked the fifth consecutive year the event was co-sponsored by the DC Preservation League. A second co-sponsor this year was the DC Court of Appeals. Additional generous support for the reception was provided by seven area firms.
